1. Application

Joining is free. We review applications and may decline them. There is no right to admission.

2. Commissions

Commissions arise only from confirmed payments of customers attributed to you. The current rates, the commission period and the attribution window are shown in your dashboard and may change for future sales. No commission is due for test purchases, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions or self-referrals. Refunds after payout are deducted from your balance.

3. Promotion rules

You must disclose clearly that you may earn a commission. You may not make false claims about the products or about earnings, bid on our brand names without consent, send unsolicited messages, or use cookie stuffing, fake traffic or similar practices. Do not describe our audio as recorded by human speakers: it is generated by speech synthesis.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard, using the method you provide. You are responsible for your own taxes. [To be completed: invoicing, self-billing and tax documents per country.]

5. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time. We may withhold commissions under review for suspected abuse. [To be completed: notice periods and treatment of balances.]
